From DIY guidance to full-scale planning and coordination, you’ll find the right level of support to bring your gathering to life.

The Foundations

A perfect fit for hosts who want guidance and structure, but prefer to handle the details themselves.

    • 1:1 consultation call (60-90min)

    • Custom event blueprint

    • Sourcing links for supplies and decor

    • Vendor suggestions and reservation notes

    • 1 week of email access for follow-up questions

      You handle: all booking/reservations, purchasing, and day-of execution.

  • The Foundations is a flat $550

    50% due at the time of signing and the remaining due following the consultation.

The Groundwork

For the host who wants a creative partner — someone to help shape the vibe and share the load.

  • The Foundations +

    • Up to 2 in-person meetings (local) or extended virtual sessions

    •  Decor plan refinement + hands-on styling assist before the event

    • Sourcing and gathering of up to 5 key items (decor, candles, table settings, glassware, flowers, etc.)

    • One custom print set (menus, place cards, invitations)

    • Final week coordination check-in

    You handle: On-site coordination (food prep, hosting, vendor management), budget for decor

  • The Groundwork is between $1,000-$2,200

    Final costs will be outlined in your contract.
    40% is due at signing to reserve your event date and begin planning.
    30% is due after the initial consultation.
    The remaining balance is due one week before your event or prior to delivery of any sourced or printed materials—whichever comes first.

The Experience

Leave it to me. You host, I handle the rest.

  • The Foundations + The Groundwork +

    • Custom playlist

    • Vendor communication and coordination

    • Table styling and decor setup

    • Additional printed item

    • Guest flow and hosting plan

    • Full setup and teardown

    • Onsite presence during event

    You handle: Very little. Just open your doors and indulge in good company.

  • The Experience starts at $2,500

    Final costs will be outlined in your contract. Most clients invest between $2,800–$3,500 for a full-service event planning experience, including coordination and custom design.
