You handle: all booking/reservations, purchasing, and day-of execution.

The Foundations is a flat $550
50% due at the time of signing and the remaining due following the consultation.
The Groundwork
For the host who wants a creative partner — someone to help shape the vibe and share the load.

Up to 2 in-person meetings (local) or extended virtual sessions
Decor plan refinement + hands-on styling assist before the event
Sourcing and gathering of up to 5 key items (decor, candles, table settings, glassware, flowers, etc.)
One custom print set (menus, place cards, invitations)
Final week coordination check-in
You handle: On-site coordination (food prep, hosting, vendor management), budget for decor

The Groundwork is between $1,000-$2,200
Final costs will be outlined in your contract.
40% is due at signing to reserve your event date and begin planning.
30% is due after the initial consultation.
The remaining balance is due one week before your event or prior to delivery of any sourced or printed materials—whichever comes first.

The Experience starts at $2,500
Final costs will be outlined in your contract. Most clients invest between $2,800–$3,500 for a full-service event planning experience, including coordination and custom design.
